• Let Only Tenant Set Up Fee £390.00
• Monthly Management 14.4%

• Tenancy Renewal Fee £150.00
• Withdrawal from Tenancy Application £390.00 Let Only / £330.00 Managed

(In the event of Landlord withdrawing from a tenancy application; SPA will return the holding deposit to tenant applicant as required by law. Landlord will incur full cost of let only/managed service)

• Serving of RHW Formal Notices to Tenant/s £54.00 (Per Notice)
• Bond (Deposit) Dispute Administration £54.00 (Per Claim)
• Additional Administration/Visits/Provision of £60.00 (Per Hour, minimum one hour)
  additional documentation for Insurance, Re-Mortgage etc. purposes

Key Cutting / Pre-tenancy Cleaning / Refuse Removal & Disposal / Guttering Clearing / Garden Cut Back & Tidy / Battery/Lightbulb Replacements / Maintenance/Refurbishment – All at Cost
